Terms and Conditions

  1. Items purchased which are found to be faulty will be replaced with the same or an equivalent part.           

  2. Items which have been wrongly purchased or no longer required will not be returnable for refund or credit. If however the management agrees to accept a return this will be subject to a 20% handling charge.                                                                                                                                                                     

  3. Any electrical items purchased that may be found to be faulty and only faulty come with a 28 day returns policy, after this period has ended the company will not accept any returns.                                                  

  4. All second hand/used parts come with a 28 day guarantee unless otherwise stated; new parts come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.                                                                                

  5. Every endeavor will be made to carry out the work by the time desired, but the company shall not be liable for any delays that are incurred.                                                                                                                 

  6. If in the opinion of the company it is impractical for any reason to carry out any of the work it is instructed to carry out it shall be entitled to refrain from carrying out or completing such work.                  

  7. If no price is stated or if part only of the work covered by the estimate is carried out the company shall be entitled to charge a reasonable and proper price for the work done (including any stripping down leading to determination as to the practicality or otherwise of any work and reassembly) and for materials and spare parts supplied.                                                                                                                       

  8. Except in the case of consumer transactions the company is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or other property whatsoever however occasioned, except when such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or deliberate act of the company or its servants. Under no circumstances will the company accept liability for loss or damage outside its control or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, except direct physical damage to persons or property.                                                                   

  9. Any vehicles not collected within 48 hours after repairs are completed will be subject to a £25.00 per day storage charge. Vehicles not collected after 8 weeks will be disposed of to cover company costs.               

  10. All parts removed by the company in the course of repair, shall, if not claimed by the customer within 14 days after the completion of the repair, are deemed to be wholly abandoned to the company and they shall become the companies absolute property.



Customers are strongly advised to remove all items of value not connected with the vehicle when leaving it on the company’s premises since the company cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.
